Or attend a training held by an automic consultant.

If youre just getting started the docu has a decent self guided learning built in. There are three parts: First Steps, Basics, and Advanced Users. Would be a good foundation to get the most out of a training session or consulting if you go that route in the future.

small addition - here in community there are often some code snippets available - depending of your learning style the could be a good start.

if you have a concrete question or particular problem i think you can find here some answers.
in the worst case you can post it as question :-)
