If I am in the wrong place for this question, please let me know.

In Applications Manager V9, when a Process Flow is Initiated but there are no tasks running, why can't I put the Process Flow on Hold? From what I understand (& I am new to this) Initiated means Active but not Running. I have gone thru the documentation & haven't really found an answer.

    Thanks

So my local guy finally answered my question. For a chain, Initiated is the same as Running.
