GPG Decryption issue

Hello,

 

did someone use gpg decryption in jobs ? I'm currently able to encrypt file but can't decrypt as below error occure:

 

gpg: cancelled by user
gpg: encrypted with 2048-bit RSA key, ID E6C94D62, created 2018-04-03
"Automic (Automic) <***[e-mail]>"
gpg: public key decryption failed: Operation cancelled
gpg: decryption failed: No secret key

 

but when I check secret key is present with same ID:

/home/uc4/.gnupg/secring.gpg
----------------------------
sec 2048R/5FAFA291 2018-04-03
uid Automic (Automic) <xxxx.support@******.com>
ssb 2048R/E6C94D62 2018-04-03

 

 did anyone had similar issue ?
