    Sometimes the Portal collecting process crash after a few hours. The following errors appear in the logs:
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - *** Error during ODBC API calls, error Executing Query (Raw data insert(5)) 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - SQL state : 08S01 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - DB native error: 121 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - Message : [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]TCP Provider: The semaphore timeout period has expired. 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - Fatal Error 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - SQL state : 08S01 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - DB native error: 121 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - Message : [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]Communication link failure 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - Fatal Error 
    DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: sldppcoll - *** Error: update of table 'sld_admin_tasks_external_data' failed. 

    This is a SQL Server problem with its network layer management. You could correct this error by changing the value of the parameter 'priority boost'
