Since the knowledge base was migrated to the ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com, we cannot see any screenshots anymore:
Instead of appearing inline, they are shown as attachments. The reason is, that the are now lying on a box.com drive:
As we are a bank, security is very strict here. Cloud storages like box are not allowed.
- Are we the only ones with this problem?
- Is it possible from Broadcom side, to chose other storage for images?
