    Hi all, and hello to the CA Broadcom Automic Team

    Since the knowledge base was migrated to the ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com, we cannot see any screenshots anymore:

    No screenshots in knowledge base
    Instead of appearing inline, they are shown as attachments. The reason is, that the are now lying on a box.com drive:

    Image blocked by security
    As we are a bank, security is very strict here. Cloud storages like box are not allowed.

    • Are we the only ones with this problem?
    • Is it possible from Broadcom side, to chose other storage for images?

    Hi Claus,

    Same here, we are also a bank and cloud storage is a big 'NO NO!'
    KB articles are not usable as is for us anymore.

    I opened a ticket for support with priority 2, but there was no reaction yet. I suggest that everybody who has this issue opens a ticket, too. There more the earlier Broadcom will realize that this is a problem for many customers.

    Meanwhile in the ticket system's web front end, screenshots for existing tickets are nowhere to be found.

    Dear Christie Morin,

    I think you are replying to Claus Jambrich about the problem with having images in the "cloud"? Or are you by chance responding to my "hijacking" (sorry Claus!) of his thread about screenshots in support tickets?

    If it's the later: I still don't see screenshots in migrated support tickets (e.g. 1269789).

    A quick look at the KB reveals that there are also broken images which, in this instance, are seemingly just called ".png".


    May I humbly suggest CA / Broadcom get a link checker product to identify and fix all these instances? I have also encountered various 404s on the more higher profile web pages and while I reported some of the most glaring ones in the past ... well, relying on customers to report all of these, sorry to say, ain't gonna work.
