I saved the original form with another name, for example: z_detail_EAD_cr.htmpl, but it doesn't work when I call direct URL; http://MYSERVER:8080/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?FACTORY=cr+OP=CREATE_NEW+HTMPL=z_detail_EAD_cr.htmpl This URL open in preview mode, like an open ticket, but with no data to show.
