Upgrade of AutoSys

We are planning to upgrade AutoSys FROM version 11.3.6 SP7 to one of the 3 versions currently available: 11.3.6 SP8, 12.0, OR 12.0.01. Any thoughts you may have on my questions below (or anything related) is greatly appreciated....

1) Is there reason to eliminate or select a version?
2) Have you encountered issues with any of these versions?
3) Is there a recommended version?

r12 SP1 because:
1) All 64bit 
2) more (AEWS) RESTful API hooks
3) Agent inventory with online upgrade option.

We've got the same dilemma on our systems and this is quite an interesting question. Some further thoughts on this from myself would be around how the different versions interact with the agents that we currently have. I am assuming that the latest versions are still compatible with older agents (I'll double check the version history on the Broadcom website) and that you can jump to version 12/12 SP1 from 11.3.6 SP7 quite easily.

As Corrie mentions, one of the big questions will be what sort of database/servers will be required to host the newest version.
