Error in access to Devtest Workstation and Portal

Hello,
I've been having an issue with the last version of Devtest, the 10.7, the problem is, after some time of having logged in the Workstation closes itself, and if I'm logged to the portal at the same time it also closes in, when I try to access to both of them the Workstation won't even open the window requiring user and password and the portal (after I've had introduced the user and password) gives me an user error "User not authenticated", I'm using windows server 2019, there's no specific of detailed configurations in the installation, with the exception of the database, I'm using windows sql 2016. Would be great if you could help me with this, thanks in advance.

We would need more details.
When you replicate the issue you can check your workstation logs for any errors or messages
also, check your portal logs and IAM logs for messages.
It might be best just to open a support case to help you walk through this.

Please ensure IAM is accessible before launching the Devtest workstation and portal. Also, check for logs for any specific errors (if possible, share the logs with us as well).
