Hi,
CA DSM Common App Framework services often disappears from the Problematic server &
Agent last Run not upto date showing on ITCM Patch Management server. To resolve this issue , first we have to uninstall the agent from the problematic server & then reinstall it , but it takes lot of time & repetitive effort to resolve it & it's happening very often now .
I hope you understand my concern & if not Plz ask me for more details .
