Error banner: "undefined"

Hi,
we have an issue when we log in to pm environment (user experience),  we get a  banner message "undefined".

Any ideas to get rid of this banner?

Hello Ron, 

we had similar issue when we migrated environment. There were missing files from file store which was not part of DB schema. We had a file store in file system. Have a look into app-ca.log file where we found reason.
