Custom App Queries - how to just select one (1) result

Hi All,

Is there a way in the custom app query panel (in the apps settings) to be able to restrict the number of results to just one.

E.g in TestCaseResults I could add this query so it would only pick tests which were run in the QA env:
(Notes contains "QA")

Is there a way to restrict the query to just one result, e.g the most recent, or sorted with a count of 1.
