How To Get "Manage Websocket Connections" To Appear In Policy Manager?

Hi,

I'm trying to experiment with websockets and have been trying to follow along with the documentation where they say in order to configure WebSocket connections to go to "Tasks > Extensions and Add-Ons > Manage WebSocket Connections". However, it doesn't look like I have that option.

I'm sure I'm doing something silly and missing something simple, but does anyone know how to get the Websocket stuff to appear? Thanks!

Hi,

I think it is to do with your license file. Can you confirm the license you are using it must contain Enterprise Gateway

Or location /opt/SecureSpan/Gateway/runtime/lib/ext/ does not have the correct permission to load the Websocket 9.4 jar file. 

Do check your logs to see if you come across any error with regards to loading jar files that should help you figure out where the problem is
