I've been a long time user of Rally with multiple companies. However since the move to Broadcom I have not been able to open a support case, additionally no one in my org is able to click the "contact Support" in the Rally App and open a ticket.
I have a separate login from my Rally login that I use to post here but when I click the link in Rally and log in with this account and click the "Open a case" I get the following error below.
