In our UAT Oracle 12.2.8 EBS instance when trying to update the OAE 9.2 agent we receive the error below.
I have a case open with support on this issue but thought it wouldn't hurt asking here.
support asked me to try these to notes but they did not resolve the issue.

I have also reinstall the AM software and that also did not resolve the issue.
