Layer7 Live API Creator is a solution for creating APIs and Microservices to modernize application architectures, and to simplify an enterprise’s data and application integration tasks. Live API Creator’s API integration approach coupled with its low-code capabilities bring extreme speed and agility in the process of mediation/federation of data across disparate data sources.
The new v 5.4 release augments the existing product feature set with the following capabilities:
- Java 11 Support: to run Layer7 Live API Creator using Java SE Development Kit (JDK) 11
- Performance improvements and optimization in handling memory utilization of API Server
- UX enhancements in the API Creator interface
- Architectural and Deployment simplification:
- With the usage of JavaScript objects within the code editors
- With flexibility and configurability in defining JavaScript entry points
- In cluster configuration during product installation
