Q: Is there an application which can copy data from one project to another project within the same workspace? Use Case: Rally User wants to copy regression test cases to another project

Q: We are trying to identify active Features that have no user stories assigned to the current sprint. I can do the opposite by querying features with user stories in the iteration that 'today' falls in, but I can't do the reverse - features that do NOT have any user stories in the sprint that 'today' falls in. Any ideas?
A: This question came also in the Community here. Unfortunately there isn't a way to get what you're asking for in a single WSAPI query. The problem here is that you'll need two operators for this query, one on the iteration to match the timeframe, the other on the UserStories collection itself to indicate that you expect no results of the internal filter. There isn't such a way to combine two operators in a single phrase or expression within the filter.
The only way to do that will be using a script where essentially you'll need to find the feature that DO HAVE stories scheduled to your current iteration, then deduct/eliminate them from the overall set of features in development.
Q: Is there any guidance on cleaning up old, stale work items and projects?
A: That's a great question. Cleanup of old projects not used in general is a good subject
A: My team created job to check if project was not updated in 2 years and sends email to project owner. If no response, job automatically closes the project.
A: In my company, we built a custom report to determine the last update date of user stories, defects, and portfolio items within each project and use that as the last used date of the project
Q: My team added two columns to the team board: Review and Deploy. When pulling a report, these user stories are not included under the status' .How do I pull this data in the report?
A: Iteration Status has flow state via Show Fields button. Flow State is specific to the project node. So, project 1 could have different flow state values than project 2. Is the project scoping at the right level?
