We briefly demo a helpful Rally Tip each week and call it the Learning Corner. This week, Aaron Rusty Lloyd provided a quick overview of the Request for Enhancement process here at Rally. Q: Is there a way to disable Timebox Admin option
A: TimeBox Admin - is a role that can be assigned to a user. It is available as a checkbox when editing the user. User who have this checkbox checked (who are Timebox Admins) will be able to edit Name, Start Date and End Date of timeboxes (releases, iterations) in workspaces that enabled the timebox restriction functionality. When editing a workspace, the workspace admin can restrict that workspace so only specific admins can edit timeboxes. The timebox admin is the role that will allow users to edit in these restricted workspaces.
Q: Rally has a Cycle Time Data report app, but I was wondering if there was a way to show a Portfolio item's Time To Value (from Implementation to Released) and Time To Deliver (from Implementation to Completed) in a more summarized view
A: This is a RFE. Will Karlin had mentioned on the call that this functionality is coming out very soon and invited customers to reach out to him if interested in testing it.
Q: Is there more information coming for the Team Board/Cycle Time - for how to use the page/guidance (similar to what you provided when you launched the cumulative flow). When you go to the help page its just for the generic Team Board page.
