Our New Reality and the Impact on Networks and Network Operations
Today, network operations teams face many challenges brought on by today’s global crisis; but making sure their networks can service the additional volume is certainly a high priority; while making sure their network monitoring software can aid them in this effort is a critical mandate.

- 212% increase in conferencing
- 38% in streaming video
- 25% increase in video on demand
- 24% increase in WiFi
It just may be more important today than ever, to understand the impact of network performance issues on the customer experience. Many folks cannot submit unemployment claims on-line and are extremely frustrated.
