 Merging personal mylearn wmware account

Hello

I forgot to "migrate" my personal vmware mylearn account, registered on email address iyurchik@outlook.com.

Today I registered new account at Broadcom with the same address.

Is it possible to merge them and have at Broadcom visible my certificates?

Is this the right way  where I'm asking it?

You can submit this form https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Case Type = Education: VCF Certification; Component = Profile Merge. In the description, let them know any email addresses you may have had associated with your VMware history, tell them which one will be the 'survivor' and they will combine into one.

@Igor if  you have a customer account with Broadcom you can log into the support portal and request the same change.

I have created new account, but I can't create new case or even view cases because of Okta issues which you seen in the attached picture

Could you please forward my case to any team for looking solution this case 

I'm not alone with this case I guess

Igor, there is no way for me to guess which 'new account' is yours. I can see your outlook account. Provide information on which account you are trying to migrate to. Alternatively, go to Broadcom support and log a ticket there

  1. I had vmware mylearn account, registered to iyurchik@outlook.com
  2. I created on Broadcom account, registered to iyurchik@outlook.com
  3. I want to migrate the certificates from my vmware mylearn account to the my Broadcom account, from point 1 -> to point 2. I've been not in time and forgot to migrate. This is why I'm asking to assist me. Thank you

I can't create the case on the Broadcom support because problems with authentication there, OKTA service is blocking that
