Hello,
I am a former VMware employee trying to access my VMware Education profile and VCP credential status. Unfortunately, I used my VMware corporate email address to register for training and forgot to change it to my personal before I left VMware last year.
I need to be able to access my profile in order to register for new exams and training which require a valid VCP certification. I had a MyLearn Support Case open for this who advised that my email address was to be corrected in April but unfortunately that did not happen it seems.
I did open a Broadcom Support Case for this but since I do not have a Site ID (I am guessing), I cannot access My Cases to check status. When I try, I receive error messages about being an invalid/unknown user. I also never received an email saying the case was opened.
I there anything I can do other than hope it was?

I can find your name with a gmail address and it contains certifications. Can you confirm if this is resolved on your end or not?

Thank you for following up. This was resolved just recently. I was able to enlist some colleagues still working at Broadcom to track down those who could help.
