VMware Certified Professional-data Center Virtualization 2024 Certification

I completed my VMware VCP-DCV 2024 certification on May 7, 2024. However, I haven't received my certificate yet, and I am unable to view it on the Broadcom website. All I have received is an email from the VMware Certification Manager. Could you please assist me in obtaining my certificate? Kindly provide the details of whom to connect to get the certification.

The issue may be due to having two accounts with the same email address. Request a merge https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Log into CertManager (https://cp.certmetrics.com/vmware/en/login) and confirm which BDCM number you see. In the ticket, state that one will be the  'primary/winner' account.
