I am facing an issue accessing CertMetrics with my former professional email address, since I am no longer an employee.
I am unable to open a support ticket because the page shows an authentication error (screenshot attached).
My former email address is: renan.borges@dell.com.br
My current personal email, with a new registration, is: bdsrenan@gmail.com
I urgently need assistance, as I must provide proof of my certifications for a new job opportunity.
