Previously, VMware certification support inquiries were sent to a VMware email address. Starting today, we have moved to the Wolken ticketing process: submit a form via https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form and under 'Case Type' select 'Education: VCF Certification'

I opened a ticket to certification@vmware.com to transfer course credits or merge my work account to my personal account so I can schedule my VCP exam but when I ask for an update I get an auto reply to come to Broadcom support forums. Is there anyone here that can help me?
