Two New 10-Minute Web-Based Training Courses for Mainframe Application Tuner

Two new 10-minute courses are now available for DevOps/application engineers who use MAT to identify, analyze, and resolve application performance issues. In Identify, Analyze, and Resolve Mainframe Application Performance Issues in Active Jobs Using MAT (06MAT20080), students will learn how to:

• Access the list of active jobs and apply filters.

• Update monitoring criteria.

• Analyze the sample results.

• Utilize the tagging technique to limit the scope of the analysis.

In Identify, Analyze, and Resolve Mainframe Application Performance Issues Using Batch Jobs in MAT (06MAT20090), students will learn how to:

• Create a measurement profile to collect performance data about a specific program.

• Explain how MAT determines the length of a measurement.

• Use the measurement profile to collect data.

• Analyze the collected data to identify the root causes of CPU usage and delays in the program.

Hi David - the two new, 10-minute videos are available in Learning@Broadcom, they are not on Youtube.  You can access the additional learning through support.broadcom.com.  The Quick Reference Guide for accessing these training videos is here. 

However, the Youtube playlist link to the other available videos was not correct.  The correct link is here.
