    Dear Team, 

    Good day. 

    Please can anyone help me?

    I have just been charged 3 times on the tax invoice for a VMWare Digital Learning Premium Subscription.

    I am a VMUG Advantage subscription member.   I logged into Customer Connect to buy the above at  Euro 141.70(EUR) but as I clicked continue till checkout I ended up with a bill of Euro 214.51 (EUR);  There are no emails or contacts on my invoice it only says If you have problems with this invoice contact VMware, Inc. Education services for assistance. I  was online to support via Virtual Assistance I was given this -  (I have filed the support request#24497015902)  and the person hung up on me. 

    I gave support for my Order Number:  and was told not recognised. It was from DR (The Authorized VMWare reseller) 

    This is not acceptable please can anyone out there put me forward on the right leg for help to resolve this issue?

    Where else am I supposed to buy VMware stuff so as not to have problems?

    That is not fun at all.  

    It looks like you're in the Europe region, so I'm assuming you already tried contacting customer service in that region.

    You may also want to try leveraging your local VMUG group to see what support options they can offer too. 

    I would have done all the same things you are doing, but check your VMware account (order history) to see if that order still shows up.  I would keep hounding the education services and customer support lines that you're aware of too.  The hard part will be getting a person to talk to and stay on the line.

    I wish I had more to help - hopefully another team member in the EU region can weigh in too.

    Many thanks, I have contacted VMUG member service groups hopefully awaiting some feedback.   There is no showsup of this purchase order in my VMWare account history.
