Where the VDDK can be downloaded? The official download links don't work

I need to download and install the VDDK - it is required for the Azure Migrate appliance.

But the "official" links seem to be broken even when logged in to the download page.

VMware Virtual Disk Development Kit (VDDK)

https://developer.broadcom.com/sdks/vmware-virtual-disk-development-kit-vddk/7.0

Same behavior for the 8.x versions

https://developer.broadcom.com/sdks/vmware-virtual-disk-development-kit-vddk/8.0

Even trying to access the download link directly e.g. https://developer.broadcom.com/sdks/vmware-virtual-disk-development-kit-vddk/VMware-vix-disklib-7.0.3-23007270.x86_64.zip returns error 404 not found (see below)

Hi

Thank you for the follow up. Unfortunately nothing changed. Logged in
and the download links don't work and the direct links they point to
returm 404.
Now the question is whether they are blocked because the downloads are
behind a specific product support contract?
This is for testing Azure agentless Assessor in our lab and signaled the
issue to Microsoft. They face the same behavior. Why???
I never had any issues with my Vmware developer account before the
Broadcomm acquisition.?? That account was gone and I had to re-gegister.
Would it be possible to provide a workable solution?

Hello,

I am also experiencing this issue as Microsoft's Azure migration tool requires the SDK and their instructions link to the website to download.
After registering for an account and attempting to download, the download buttons do nothing.
Using the Inspect tool to see the URL, I pasted this in and received the error page "The page you requested couldn't be found"

Any assistance will be appreciated.

We are currently facing the same issue with downloading the VMware Virtual Disk Development Kit (VDDK), both for version 7.x and 8.x. Even when logged into the download page, we encounter a "404 Not Found" error when trying to access the direct links.
We would like to know if there is a solution or an alternative way to download the VDDK.

This is now working, so the workaround link below will not work anymore. Please navigate to the Developer portal and freely download your VDDKs. https://developer.broadcom.com/sdks/vmware-virtual-disk-development-kit-vddk/latest

v6.7 of the VDDKs have also been added back into the portal - https://developer.broadcom.com/sdks/vmware-virtual-disk-development-kit-vddk/6.7

I've let the team know, but as a workaround, I've downloaded the v8 files and added them to this Box folder. I tested the link in a few browsers on my Mac. Please let me know if you need the v7 versions.

When you choose a file to download, don't be alarmed at this screen. You can click the "x" in the corner to close it.

Went I tried to download the files, I was redirected to a page where I verified my address for compliance, and was able to get the files I needed.
