    Hi All Expert,

May I know what is DPDK in Edge Transport Nodes?

Example for the overlay transport zone I got multiple GENEVE segments and at the DPDK Fastpath Interfaces I have to configure trunk all the GENEVE segments? And same goes to the VLAN transport zone I also have to trunk the VLAN Port Group to the physical interface. Correct me if I am wrong. You can refer to the below picture that I attach.

DPDK is a library to accelerate user space packet processing. You can see more about DPDK in general from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_Plane_Development_Kit.

    Hi,

For the DPDK configuration I not understand why need to put trunk inside the DPDK settings only able to ping the Tier-0 Edge Service Interface.

In your design, dedicated NVDS for overlay and North-South traffic is configured. If you have multiple tenants and they have unique N-S routing peering we will need different VLANs (the same applies if you have VRF), in a nutshell, all the VLAN-backed traffic must pass through Edge Fast Path interfaces. This is why you need to trunk those segments ( only required VLANs).  Please find the interface architecture in the below link
