VMware OEM Partner Activation Codes (PAC)

Where do I activate these on this site?  I found this page:

Both return 404.  There is no place.  The link on the Dell site takes me to the main Broadcom page.  My temp license are about to expire, I need these activated, but there appears to be no way to do it.

Some PACs have not been activated, and within the validity period, please provide the latest activation method.

He sent me contact info for the "partner domain".

I emailed them yesterday, no response as of yet.  Will be calling today as it was later in the day yesterday.  Whole thing is useless, Dell doesn't know where to send them, I can't open a ticket yet (just get an error) and meanwhile my temp license just count down each day.  And they're 15 day trials now, not the 60 day we used to get.

Hi Aparna,

I've the same issue, we got the activation code from Cisco, and the portal of the activation is not working

Please Escalate this as we are getting license expired and we are not able to power-on the machines

Did you ever get this resolved?  I have exactly the same issue with a Cisco PAK that I need to convert to a VMWare license key.

Hi,

Unfortunately, HPE stated that the OEM VMware licenses they sell are not activated by Broadcom. We are now facing serious penalties. 

Maybe you are not aware of it, but you have many partners and customers who are suffering like us. Someone should give an explanation for this victimization. A VMware product that is on HPE's price list is being sold and you cannot say that we are canceling your order after 2 months.  This is not acceptable...! Broadcom should not ignore the OEM agreements that VMware has made. 

 

In the VMware days, we used to get very fast responses from PartnerHelpDesk, now we don't even get a response.
