VMware licenses are missing

    I cannot see any licenses or entitlements. Access to my cases is also not possible. It is more or less an empty support portal without any customer relevant details.

    Hello,

    I have requested access to the site ID more than one week ago, but can still not see any access to it.
    In the support portal I can see that there are 2 active cases, but I do not have access to open them.
    I get this error message:

    I have the same issue, i dont see any licenses and we need the licenses becuase we are upgrading  our ESX and we cant continue if we dont have the licenses,  before the chage of the portal broadcome we didnt have any issue we could upgrade the licenses of vmware without any problem. I´m trying to have support but it is really difficult, no body answer.

    Hello,

    I'm facing the same problem. 

    I've received by email the confirmation of my license ID from Broadcom, but I'm not entitled to download anything
