VMware Fusion Pro licence for personal use is missing

Hi,

I followed the emails to migrate my VMware account over to here, but now I can't find anywhere with my VMware Fusion Pro licence key.

I've spent the last three hours searching around the various portals and support pages and none of them have pointed me in the right direction.

I have no entitlements available to me either, and I've tried to submit a case but when I try to click on the "cases" heading, the page get's stuck in a login loop.

I understand my Fusion licence was a free thing and maybe that can't be recovered, but surely there should be somewhere we can request a new licence key too? When I launch Fusion on my Mac, when you click the option to get a free licence key, it redirects you back to the Broadcom portal but with zero indication of where to go next.

Can someone please just help me as I rely on Fusion for a lot of my work.

Hey,

I have the same problem, when i click the request free Licence Key button, when starting the Mac App, i get redirected to the old customerconnect page which is not availible anymore. When i follow the link to the new Broadcom Support Portal, I get directed to the main page with no further instructions.

I am also unable to download VmFusion Pro for Personal use, I have no entitlements or products listed in my account?

Hi all,

same problem for me. When I try download Fusion 13.5.2 I always get the following message

I have migrated my account from VMWARE to BROADCOM as recommended.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
