Thanks Stephen, i saw the link and all points was considered, we don't have problem with the communication, etc...
Right now we recovered the robot, deactivate robot, removed the *.rdb, activate robot, and this up again...
Subí el nivel del registro a 5 y esperaré a que vuelva a suceder...!!!

Subject: Unable to spool message, q*.rdb files are the ones that consume the most space. What can i do ?
Hi Miller,
Please review the following KB Article and additional link:
UIM Robot Unable to Spool Message
If you continue to see this error, please open a support case and attach the controller and spooler logs at loglevel 5 and use a logsize of 100000.
Best Regards,
Steve

I everyone...
I have 2 servers that continually have space problems in the /UIM filesystem. When validating this problem, it is because the q*.rdb files are the ones that consume the most space.
I understand that these files should generally be at 0 while the robot is OK and there is communication with the hub, since these files contain all the robot's messages. I have monitored the robot and at the communication level I see it working fine and without problems. What can I do?
These robots constantly have this problem and become inoperative...!!!
