Unable to report regressions in Workstation 17.x - case creation fails!

    I'm trying to report multiple regressions in Workstation 17.x. When attempting to create a new case, I fill out all the required fields and try to submit, but I keep getting the following cryptic error message:

    "Invalid request parameter, We could not process your request, Please try with valid data"

    I've also tried filling out all optional fields with some info, then tried different browsers, same result.

    What could be causing this?

    Should I post my report to the forum and let a Broadcom employee create the case internally instead?
