Are you sure that it's an EVC related issue? As I don't see anything to suggest that from the screenshots you've posted.
Yes, I have access to 4.10 in a lab, and I can use HAV between different generation of hosts with cluster level EVC enabled without issue.

Hi All
I have deployed HCX 4.10 in the lab. OnPrem lab has Cascade lake processor and the Cloud Environment has Skylake processor.
I intentionally applied EVC at the VM level and Haswell was enabled.
When I try HCX assisted vMotion it returns below error.
I tried another migration wherein the OnPrem VM was intentionally set to match the Cloud i.e. Skylake was implemented at the VM level. However it still returned an error.
Any suggestions here
