    Hello,

    We upgraded recently to UIM 23.4.5.1 and our current processes probe is at 4.85 as well as the processes_mcs_templates are 4.85.

    I now see in the archive a Web Version of the processes probe of 5.01 as well as a process_mcs_templates 5.01.

    Is there a specific process on how to apply  the new processes probe and its new template into our UIM HUB?

    Hi Pat, if your archive is integrated with the support.nimsoft.com archive you can download probes and packages in IM 

    If not you can download from support.nimsoft.com archive and Import into the archive in IM or AC
