Hi Jose,
does this KB apply to your case?
https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/article/MX-Sampling-output-interface-in-logical-system-not-supported-for-inline-flow
Can you make a network capture to confirm the flows are exported but maybe the output ifindex is not properly populated?
Regards

The vendor is as follows:
Model: mx10003
Junos: 22.4R2-S1.6
I have another device that is the same model and apparently configured the same, and it does display the information.

Hi Jose,
I see you are using a very old unsupported version. I strongly recommend you to upgrade
Apart from that, I cannot confirm if the flow export is configured properly. What vendor and model is this?
Have you verified the device is export flow for egress traffic in this interface? You might do it using a network capture
Regards

Hi Jose,
Have you verified if the interface is configured to export flow information in borh directions?
Some vendors export only on ingress traffiic so the only wat for NFA to report the out traffic is calculating from the ingress traffic of other interfaces
Have you take a look on this?
