    Hi all.

    I installed a DE agent 11.5 on the Redhat linux 8.1 and following error occurd when agent started.

    "The services did not respond to the start request in a timely fashion."

    Even if you put it below according to the guide in agentparm.txt , it's the same.

      oscomponent.jvm.x.options=-Xss10m

    How can I solve this problem? Pls help me..

    Hi,

    11.5 agent is out of support. Can you please use the the latest agent and try. 

    Coming to the error , looks like agent did not start up in the default timeout time. So we need to investigate the logs to understand why it did not start.
