Hi Anderson,Thanks for using the Broadcom Community! To better assist you with your issue please open a Support case. The issue could have a variety of different causes. However, if I were to guess it would be that your Win 7 devices are limited to downloading content from Live Update and this stopped working because they don't have TLS 1.2 support. For more information see this link:https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/390360If this is the case then you'll need to upgrade your OS to a version that supports TLS 1.2. Thanks,Russ_V

Hi!
Suggestion:- First, confirm if the MS KB3140245 update is installed,- then run the MS MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi tool.
You can find the details here:Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windowshttps://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-default-secure-protocols-in-winhttp-in-windows-c4bd73d2-31d7-761e-0178-11268bb10392
