  • 1.  Stuck in a loop when accessing My Cases

    When I try to access My Cases, the browser goes into a redirection loop that eventually fails with an error message: "We could not process your request, please try later". If I click Retry, the redirection loop starts over and I end up at the same point. I'm using Firefox.

    When the error message appears, the URL is broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com

    Any ideas what could be causing this, and how could I resolve it?
