Subject: Stabilization Announcement for Automation Point
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As part of our regular product planning cycle, we have reviewed the position of Automation Point (AP) in the marketplace, from both a sales and technology perspective and have decided to stabilize Automation Point.
Functionally stabilizing a product means there will be no new Versions or Releases or further enhancements to this product. However, maintenance and support for this product will continue in accordance with your active maintenance contract for Automation Point.
We would also like to share that WatchTower Alert Insights will exclusively support the Alert Management functionality from Automation Point 11.7 and earlier. Users can centralize alerts for better visibility, with added context from logs, performance metrics, and visual dashboards-streamlining troubleshooting and accelerating resolution. Refer to Integrate with WatchTower Alert Insights. Customers licensed for SYSVIEW, OPS/MVS, NetMaster and Vantage can download Alert Insights from the WatchTower Foundation file in the WatchTower packaging here.
