Whenever an alarm is cleared, it means it disappears. When a new one is created, a new unique GlobalAlarmID is generated.
They way to keep the Occurrences should be not to clear the Alarm. Occurrences should only reset on Alarm Clearing and no other action (ack, unack, assign, create ticket).

Hello everyone,
In the Contents panel, in the alarm list, we have the column for the number of occurrences per each alarm but every time we accept/clear/delete the alarm, the counter comes back from zero (example, from 10 it returns to 1) when the alarm re-appears.
Is there a way to keep the Occurrences number always incrementing despite of clearing the alarm?
