Specify UTC in Time-of-Day Rules

Hello, OPS/MVS community! You can now code the time specification for a time-of-day (TOD) rule as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This feature benefits organizations who must maintain multiple systems across different time zones. 

To use UTC in your TOD rules, apply PTF LU19971. For more information, see Time-of-Day Rules.
