Hi,
it can be caused by multiple records for your company in Broadcom database with different Site ID. Your licenses and opened SRs can be distributed among those Site IDs. Company names can differ in details (Snake Oil / Snake Oil Co. / Snake Oil CO) etc.
The fastest way how to fix it is contact your local VMware sales representative which should be able to search all your possible Site IDs. Then you are able to request access to this site IDs from portal.
There must be an unimaginable mess in the database after migration from VMware systems. Perfect school-like example how don't do a migration.
I spent a hours with problems related to the migration already.

Subject: Some Entitlement Missing and Open case wait toolong
Hi all,
Recently I've got my site ID again after losing it some weeks ago. But we don't see all entitlement that we have before Broadcom migration. I've found my NSX entitlement and can't found our VMware Horizon and vSphere entitlement. I've open case on 30th May but no response at all until now (case Number 35201348). we need it to open case.... Truly ****** !
Any Brodcom Customer Care here ? Or anybody have some easy way to get it back
Thanks,
Myanix
