    Hello Team,

The Service Manager Dialog is blank for the newly installed agent, although the agent is running without any issues. Could someone please advise on how to resolve this?

CAPKI has been installed successfully, and the installation logs have been checked. The agent is also showing as active in the Automation Engine.

    Hi,

we had a problem with the antivirus scanner, which was blocking access to the named pipes provided by the ServiceManager. After creating an exception for the ServiceManager and Dialog, the phrases were displayed again.

    Maybe this will help you.
