    Hi Ashmitha,

As per the screenshot, the connection is showing "Not connected" that means your SMD is not able to connect Service Manager. Check the Service Manager has started and port is listening or not.

You could find more information on Service Manager logs for the cause.

    Hi Eshwar,

Yeah, the service manager is up and running.

And also, I checked the port, port is also connected.

And one more thing is I couldn't find any recent logs in servicemanager.

Can you help me to understand what causing here.

    Thanks,
    Ashmitha

    Hi Ashmitha,

Try to write 10.85.4.24:8871 in Computer Name and check if the service manager dialog box is showing the Automic Engine services or not.

    Hi Ashmitha Jayaram,

the error can be have different causes. In your case i would guess that CAPKI is not installed correctly.

Check CAPKI install.log to get information about the install process.  Next locate the setup file on your system an try the command:

    setup.exe discover

Look into  %TEMP%/capki_install.log to get information about CAPKI status.

Have a look into the log file of Service Manager. Mostly there is the a hint of the cause.

    Best Regards
