    maybe a bug?
    just look at the uc4.smc on the server in the servicemanager folder, how it is configured there

    This problem is really annoying. Sometimes, when I shhutdown the  automic , if I haven't disabled the service, it counts down 60 seconds and tries to restart itself. It's really interesting. I'll wait a little longer. If the community doesn't provide a solution, I'll continue with the case.

    the only thing that i can still imagine is that the uc4.smc with the definitions you mentioned is not the right one.
    Have you checked the path in the ucybsmgr.ini file for the uc4.smc?

    [Destination UC4]
    ;
    ; cmdfile: Name of the file which contains commands for the ServiceManager.
    ; This file is automatically applied by the ServiceManager during initial startup and also updated later on. This file is not to be edited manually!
    ; "*OWN" must be used here as a path specification as well.
    ;
    cmdfile=*OWN/uc4.smc
