SAP Job stuck in running state

Hello everyone

I need your help and suggestion to fix below issue.

I'm an issue where certain SAP jobs get stuck in the running state. 

Upon investigation, we observed:

• The issue happens only for jobs running under a specific owner (Not owner issue, we have observed this issue for other owner also).
• Other jobs running with different owner on the same agent complete successfully.
• To resolve the issue temporarily, we need to restart the agent service.

Environment Details:

• These are SAP jobs triggered by Autosys.
• Agent is installed on a Linux machine, and SAP RFC connection is configured from this agent.
• Autosys triggers the job, which moves to starting and then running state. The actual job completes in SAP, but the status update is not received by Autosys to mark it as completed.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you please share the resolution steps? Thank you!

Please open a support case and provide the agent version information, as well as whether you are using the SAP adapter or SAP plugin.
If you are using the SAP plugin, there have been some recent fixes that might help once the details are known.
