Receiving multiple email in PST outlook 2007

user set delivery in PST and start receiving multiple email from one user
user also set multiple email account in outlook
is this issue is related to virus???

issue is resolved when we delete everything in outlook and reconfigure the  email in outlook which set the delivery in mail box and create new PST working fine.
but after few days it start again the same issue.

clients information
SEP MR6a
Windows XP 32bit SP3 with latest patches
office 2007
on exchange we have Symantec Mail Security 6.5 as well.

Can you explain more details please?
You create a mapi client and one day later every mail come double. Am i right?
Do users create a outlook rule for move mails to folder? maybe they create a wrong rule therefore mail come to folder and inbox ( I saw this 3 years ago in my old company :) )

when we set the mail devliery in mailbox then its work fine with no problem but once we configure user all PST and all other mail accounts and set the mail delivery in PST .
After that only  one speicfic mail reciving continously and showing same time on all repeating  emails even we check the user after one hour it showing the same time once it start.
we check the user rules there was no rule .
