On April 8, Rally MCP Server will become available for all EMEA subscriptions.

Why This Matters

Rally MCP keeps you in your flow. You can work with Rally stories, tasks, test cases, and defects directly from your IDE, and use an AI agent approved for your organization (e.g., Cursor or Github Copilot) to generate code from Rally requirements and acceptance criteria.

What You Can Do

• Pull Rally context where you work - descriptions, discussions, and related items.

• Start implementation faster - break work into tasks, assign, and move items through workflow without leaving your environment.

• Keep Rally up to date - update status and discussions, document blockers, and coordinate handoffs.

• Support testing and quality workflows - create/organize test cases, track execution, and file defects.

Important

• The AI Customer Data module does NOT need to be turned ON to use MCP.

• Authentication currently uses an API key.
