FAQs
What is the Design Partners program?
The Design Partners program is an opportunity for security product users to meet with the product team, researchers, and designers, to provide feedback on existing offerings and upcoming functionality. Feedback in these meetings helps inform product design and ensure that we build solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Who can be a Design Partner?
Any security product user can be a Design Partner! If you are interested in joining, sign up here.
What do Design Partners do?
Design Partners meet with our research, design, and product teams via a web meeting. These meetings are generally about 1 hr long on a specific topic presented by the product team.
Session topics vary - sometimes we are interested in feedback on an existing offering, sometimes it's an opportunity to test drive new functionality, and sometimes we are exploring new topics. We will always let you know a little bit about the topic before the meeting to ensure it is a topic of interest to you.
What is the commitment required?
There is no commitment. When you sign up to be a Design Partner, you are essentially raising your hand to say "I'm interested in hearing about future opportunities to meet with the product teams."
How can I find out about upcoming Design Partners topics?
The Design Partners program will email you whenever there is a new opportunity with a brief overview of the topic. If the topic interests you, simply use the link in the email to schedule a time that works for you.
