  • 1.  PAM process fails with Service Jar no longer exists

    Posted Jan 27, 2025 08:07 AM

We have rebuilt our Dev environment.

When running a Catalog request with an associated PAM action, which worked previously, the PAM process fails and I see this error message:

Service jar corresponding to SelectDataServiceOperation no longer exists

Where do I correct this issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Can you please try to open the failed PAM process and check at which PAM operator it failed.

Sounds like the operator which is failing belongs to some connector so we need to ensure to install that connector.

In the working environment(May be from PROD), check the following settings to find the installed connector and install the same connector in DEV as well.

    Steps:

    1. Login to PAM and switch to "Configuration" tab.
    2. Select the "Domain" from the left side tree and select the "Connectors" from the right side tab.
    3. It will list out all the installed connectors and ensure to install the same connectors in DEV.

If it's not helping, Please submit a support case along with the logs to troubleshoot further.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Madhava

    Thanks very much Madhava,

Your suggestion was correct. There were missing connectors in the Dev environment. Copied connectors from Prod.

    Problem fixed.

    Regards, Patrick
